Hiu Tung Lau received her MFA in Painting from the Royal College of Art in London and her BFA from the School of Visual Arts in New York. Her works have been exhibited in the U.K., Ukraine, and Denmark.

Lau’s works possess an uncanny ability to capture the intimacy and fragility of human emotions through subtly evocative compositions. Appearing simultaneously abstract and figurative, her paintings are often elusive of a singular narrative but speaks poetically through simple shapes and brushstrokes.
